Case Studies

We serve many industries around the world

Our material testing equipment is used across demanding fields such as aerospace, defense and scientific research, nuclear power and shipbuilding, new energy, automotive, advanced materials and quality inspection. Applications range from material R&D and mechanical property evaluation to fatigue life verification, high-temperature creep testing and impact testing, as well as in production quality control.

Examples of such users are Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beihang University, the National Key Laboratory of Aerospace Structural Mechanics and Control, the China Academy of Engineering Physics and the various organizations belonging to China State Shipbuilding Corporation, as well as CATL, BYD, Gotion High-Tech, EVE Energy, SVOLT, Samsung Battery and Changan Ford.

In order to meet the requirements of various materials, test standards and operating conditions, we offer configurations ranging from electromechanical universal testing machines and dynamic fatigue systems as well as high-temperature creep testing machines, impact testing machines and systems designed for specific applications. A number of customers have purchased equipment in batches, placed further orders or adopted several testing systems for different testing needs.

These projects demonstrate our practical experience in carrying out high-precision materials testing, especially under demanding test conditions and industry-specific testing solutions. They also provide customers with a useful reference point when they are assessing equipment for similar applications.

    1. Aerospace Testing

      Aerospace Testing

Materials Testing Equipment for the Aerospace Industry

The testing equipment is used for the evaluation of aerospace materials and components under static, cyclic, impact and high-temperature loading conditions. Whether it is tensile and flexural properties, fatigue life, creep behaviour or impact toughness, our testing systems include all the major areas of aerospace material research, structural reliability studies and quality verification.

    1. Nuclear & Marine Materials Testing

      Nuclear & Marine Materials Testing

Materials Testing Equipment for Nuclear Energy & Shipbuilding

Mechanical testing in nuclear energy and shipbuilding requires high standards for material strength, performance, and impact resistance. Our testing systems can perform tensile, compression, and impact toughness tests on metals and structural materials.

    1. Battery Testing

      Battery Testing

Materials Testing Equipment for Electric Vehicle Battery Testing

We have been developing testing equipment for EV battery materials since 2015, when we first supplied the UTM7105/7305 powder compaction density tester to CATL.

    1. Automotive Testing

      Automotive Testing

Materials Testing Equipment for the Automotive Industry

Automotive materials and components undergo different mechanical loads throughout development and service, which calls for testing across strength, deformation, fatigue and durability.
