Automated Testing System

Automated testing systems carry out mechanical tests in a programmed sequence to reduce repetitive manual work and keep testing conditions consistent. We offer fully automatic compression testing machines, electronic tensile testing machines, and pendulum impact testers for both precision testing and applications that require high loads. Automated testing systems perform compression, tension, flexure, shear, and impact tests according to the applicable GB/T, ISO, or ASTM methods, with the testing machine and fixtures selected for each type of test.

Applications
  • Cement products, concrete, and road construction materials
  • Metals, polymers, and other non-metallic materials
  • Geotextiles and waterproofing membranes
  • Electronics and medical products
  • Metallurgy, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing
    1. Automation Tensile Testing System

      Automation Tensile Testing System

Automated tensile testing systems combine a universal testing frame, hydraulic parallel grips, an automatic or video extensometer, a specimen dimension measuring device, a specimen rack, a robotic arm, a waste collection bin, and control software.

      Standards: GB/T, ISO, ASTM
    1. Automatic Compression Testing System

      Automatic Compression Testing System

Automatic compression testing systems use electro-hydraulic servo control to apply and regulate the load during static compression and flexural tests. They test metals, construction materials, and other non-metallic materials with the appropriate fixtures and test settings for the relevant GB, ISO, or ASTM method.

      Standards: GB/T, ASTM, ISO, JB/T
    1. Automatic Impact Testing System

      Automatic Impact Testing System

Automated pendulum impact testing systems evaluate the impact resistance of metals through Charpy tests, in which a swinging pendulum strikes a supported specimen and the tester measures the energy it absorbs. For low-temperature tests, a six-axis robotic arm transfers specimens from a cooling tank to the testing position.

      Standards: GB/T, ASTM, ISO, JJG
